We can turn drawing or sketch into silicone mold and it's not a magic. Here are 4 steps to go till you get your desired custom silicone mold!
Step one
At first your you should describe how the mold should look like. It's good if you have some images, samples or even files in vector or 3D format, but we can make mold from your drawing like this one.
Step two
As a master model we can use almost any physical item If you don't have master model, we must do it from the scratch. To produce master model we need 3D model first.
Step three
Master model is a physical object that have the shape equivalent to your end product. Master model production process is complex and it's hard to make high quality master model. We use CNC and Milling machinery to make sure you get the finest quality. Some models require finishing, we cover and sand them until the surface is smooth.
Step four
We fill master model with silicone. And here it is - your custom mold is ready!
