Material safety is our priority.
Our cookiecutters are made of foodgrade PLA plastic. Silicone molds are made of high quality German silicone from Wacker Chemie. We care about your health, therefore we use only high-quality raw materials for which there is an official FDA certificate from a plastic supplier. There are certificates for material we use.
Terms of manufacture of products.
We try to keep production time as low as possible. Usually it is up to 3 working days for cookiecutters and silicone molds from our catalog, but on the pre-holiday and New Year's Eve days it increases to 7 days. We are ready to make your order urgently in 1 day. The surcharge for urgency is 50% of the order amount.
Cookiecutters parameters
Standard parameters of any cookiecutter presented on our website are cutter height - 9mm, holder height - 1mm, height of the stiffener - 6.5mm, inner stamp height - 6.5mm. Cutter thickness - 1mm. Inner contour thickness, not less than 1mm. The the height difference between outer cutter and inner stamp is 2.5 mm
At your request we can make any modifications to the dimensions. To do this just go to the product you need and select the options you need, or write it in the comment field of order form.
The following parameters are available to change:
- The size of the cookie cutter. It's the longest cookie cutter side;
- Cutter height;
- For the cookie cutters with inner stamp you can order just outer contour cutter.
Terms of usage and storage of cooie cutters
Avoid direct sunlight. Cookie cutters must not be washed at temperatures above 45C.
Temperature range for silicone molds is from -40C to + 250C.
Delivery
The cost of delivery by courier in Moscow within the Moscow Ring Road is 350 rubles and is carried out the next day after the production of the product. Delivery outside the Moscow Ring Road is charged individually.
Delivery to the Russian regions is carried out by Russian Post or any other transport company that suits you only after 100% prepayment for the order. Cash on delivery is not available.
To speed up the receipt of the order, we recommend that you use the self-pickup service. Self-pickup is carried out on business days from 11-00 to 19-00 at the address: Russia, Moscow, Sviblovo metro station, ulica Iskri, 31k1
Payment
We work on 100% prepayment.
There is no minimum order amount.
Currently, the following types of payment are available: Bank transfer to bank account or transfer to PayPal account.
